ABOUT MICHELE

 

Michele spent the majority of her life clinically obese. Emotionally and physically tired of trying every new fad diet and repeatedly failing, she decided to try something new—investing in herself. She hired a trainer, slowly adopted healthy eating habits, and began the adventure that would change her life. During her three-year transformation, she lost 115 pounds and gained an entirely new perspective on her life.

 

Michele became a certified personal trainer and began working at major gyms to help others reach their fitness goals. In order to help more people and provide continual education and support, she launched her own company—Moxie—in 2012. Through Moxie, Michele offers personal, group, and in-home training and classes in fitness and wellness.

 

Michele’s story has been featured in the LDS Fitness Network, the Standard Examiner, and in the book Drop Two Sizes. Her newfound freedom did not come from a bottle, a specific program, or a product—it came from inside of her, and now her mission is to educate and inspire others to do the same!
